Tips and Tricks[]

Role & Strategy[]

  • Wind Stalker is an offensive fighter with a Signature Ability that takes advantage of Ms. Fortune's headless mode to control the opponent's blockbuster meter. Furthermore, Wind Stalker's second Signature Ability ensures a kill on a dying opponent by inflicting both DISABLE TAG-INS and DOOM when the enemy reaches low health. This is especially useful against fighters that can revive, such as Last Hope and Plot Twisted.
  • Wind Stalker's ability to drain the opponent's meter is great to prevent her DOOM from being removed. Furthermore, it is especially useful against opponents that can easily gain meter via their own Signature Abilities, such as Stand Out, Toad Warrior and Mummy Dearest, while making it easier for her to use her own blockbusters.
  • DISABLE TAG-INS is a rare debuff that will lock opponents in the fight without a way to escape. Hence, Wind Stalker is great at picking off opponents one by one in a specific order, especially with her DOOM that guarantees a kill after a certain period of time.
    • While DOOM is a good debuff to have in her kit, it's often not necessary since Ms Fortune as a character have access to tools that will provide a naturally high damage output. Thus, most opponents will likely be defeated before DOOM activates.
  • Marquee Ability: The recommended Marquee Ability for Wind Stalker is BOOP to gain stacks of ENRAGE and further increase her damage output.
  • Stat Investment: As an offensive variant, Wind Stalker will benefit from investment in ATK and Piercing to increase her damage output. Accuracy will help pierce through Resistance if an enemy has it built. Meter Gain is less recommended if the player's decently skilled with Headless mode due to Wind Stalker's meter drain effect.

Trivia[]

  • This variant is a reference to Morrigan Aensland from the Darkstalkers fighting game series with its caption being a direct quote from the character.
