- Surgeon General is an offensive support fighter with a Signature Ability that grants teammates IMMUNE and HEAVY REGEN while granting her permanent ENRAGE every 30 seconds. With one of the highest base ATK stat of all Valentines, Surgeon General is capable of dishing significant damage while supporting teammates with two powerful BUFFS to keep them alive. This makes her one of the best fighters to have in the game as a crucial support fighter seen in most high rank play.
- It must be noted that she must remain alive (fighting or benched) in order for the BUFFS to take place.
- On the offense, Surgeon General can support teammates while being fully capable of dealing with enemies by herself through pure raw damage. Defensively, Surgeon General provides two very strong BUFFS which grants healing and IMMUNITY to any DEBUFFS. This makes her easily splashable into any teams, especially defenders which primarily relies on BUFFS such as Armed Forces and Heavy Metal.
- Marquee Ability: Any of Valentine's two Marquee Abilities can work well with Surgeon General. ICU will give her access to healing while on the front line when used for offense while TRAUMA CENTER can provide further support as a safety net to other teammates.
- Stat Investment: Key stats to invest in Surgeon General depends on how she is intended to be used as she can support teammates both offensively and defensively. For offense, investment in ATK, Piercing and Meter Gain will further increase her damage output and quickly charges her blockbuster meter which is important as she completely relies on pure raw damage to defeat enemies. Defensively, investment in HP, Defense and Meter Gain are crucial to increase her longevity in a fight while charging blockbusters faster for an unblockable Tier 3 blockbuster to punish opponents.
