Role & Strategy[]
- Primal Prodigy is an offensive fighter that relies on the expiration of BUFFS to inflict CURSE and DISABLE SPECIALS onto the opponent. This unique trigger means that with the right timing, Primal Prodigy could potentially inflict these two DEBUFFS, locking down BUFFS and special moves, for the whole duration of the fight. This combination of abilities makes Primal Prodigy a great pick against BUFF heavy defenders.
- The key with Primal Prodigy is to prevent getting hit altogether, including blocked hits. This can be achieved by playing smartly through precise timing of intercepts, using Peacock's Character Ability, THE HOLE IDEA, to dodge attacks or continually spamming Peacock's special moves and locking down the opponent from a distance.
- Note that the opponent may punish you by using a ranged blockbuster when being hit by special moves.
- To continually inflict CURSE and DISABLE SPECIALS for the whole duration of the fight, Primal Prodigy will have to dodge attacks for 12 seconds (third BUFF). Afterward, the DEBUFFS will refresh after every two BUFFS expired from her first Signature Ability.
- Primal Prodigy's second Signature Ability can be sped up a bit by having support variants in the bench such as Pickle Baller and Starlight Rose that provides her with a safety net as well as continues BUFFS.
- Marquee Ability: SPECIAL FEATURE is the recommended Marquee Ability for Primal Prodigy, as it provides the chance to reset the cooldown for her special moves, which are mostly projectiles, and reuse them almost immediately.

- General Investment: As an offensive Peacock, Primal Prodigy is best built with Attack, Piercing, Meter Gain and Special Cooldown.
- Special investment: Accuracy will ensure that her DEBUFFS aren't resisted by defenders.
