Tips and Tricks[]
Role & Strategy[]
- Heavy Handed is an offensive fighter with a Signature Ability that puts emphasis on Cerebella's aptitude for burst damage by significantly increasing the damage output of the next single hit through stacks of ENRAGE.
- Heavy Handed's Signature Ability is activated by charging her one-hit CHARGE ATTACK, which can be purposely missed to keep her ENRAGE for her next hit. This can be saved to massively increase the damage output of Cerebella's wide range of one-hit special moves and blockbusters such as MERRY GO-RILLA, BATTLE BUTT, DIAMOND DROP, and DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER.
- Given her Diamond-tier stats and Cerebella's naturally high base stats and high Fighter Score, Heavy Handed can be a good defender for Prize Fights. Her massive base stats, stacks of ENRAGE and UNFLINCHING can do significant damage to you, even when you're blocking. However, this largely depends on the AI behavior on using a CHARGE ATTACK. Her high Fighter Score will also allow you to get a lot of Prize fight points even on defense losses.
- Supports like Seraph Soldier will allow her to gain stacks of ENRAGE that will not disappear and also giver her HP regen.
- Marquee Ability: UPPER HAND is the best marquee for Harlequin, as it allows her to control the opponent's meter on throws.
==== Stat Investment====*General Investment: As an offensive Cerebella, Heavy Handed is best built with Attack, Piercing and Special Cooldown.
- Special investment: Crit Damage and Crit Rate investments will also allow Heavy Handed to deal more damage throughout the match.
Trivia[]
- This variant is a reference to the Heavy Weapons Guy, a character class from the multiplayer first-person shooter game: Team Fortress 2, with the caption referencing to both a voice line of the character and possibly also Coward Killing Time, a song that heavily samples the character's voice lines. In addition, this variant's signature ability is a reference to one of Heavy Weapons Guy's most iconic weapons, The Sandvich.
