Curl Scout is a defensive fighter who excels at gaining ARMOR, removing DEBUFFS, and building Blockbuster Meter during combat. Her passive healing ability, combined with her capacity to reduce her opponent's blockbuster Meter, makes her a challenging opponent to defeat without careful planning.
Pair her with support variants such as Rose-Tinted and Model Leader that provides BUFFS from the bench in order to gain passive healing throughout the combat easily.
Due to her easy regen and WITHER, Curl Scout can also be used offensively. She can be paired with fighters like Starlight Rose, Pickle Baller or have a taunt equipped to get her buffs.
Curl Scout excels at countering multi-hit characters like Filia, Umbrella and Valentine. To reliably counter Curl Scout, use fighters that excels at low hit count combos with high damage such as Beowulf, Parasoul and Cerebella.
Variants with access to permanent PRECISION such as Star Shine and Windswept are also useful counters to ignore the activation of her first Signature Ability. Similarly, variants that can inflict HEX such as Death Wish and Red Velvet are also recommended to completely disable both her abilities.
Marquee Ability: LEECH is the best Marquee Ability for Curl Scout, as it lets her regenerate Health even on blocked hits.

General Investment: As a defensive Filia, Curl Scout is best built with HP, Resistance, Meter Gain and Defense. If built offensively, Curl Scout is best built with Attack, Piercing, Meter Gain and Special Cooldown.
Special investment: On offense, she can be built with Accuracy to ensure that her debuffs aren't resisted by enemies.
Going Against[]
When going against Curl Scout, it is best to use characters with low hit counts, such as Beowulf and Cerebella.
